CPBS( Cavity Pressure Balancing System)
HORECO2’s Dry Ice Making Machine all utilize the CPBS System (Cavity Pressure Balancing System). This system is HORECO2’s outstanding contribution to the global dry ice industry, employing clever pressure-stabilizing exhaust design to enable ice machines to achieve the same dry ice production capacity with smaller cavity.
The benefit of the system is that the heat exchange area between the cavity and the environment is reduced by 53%, significantly enhancing dry ice conversion rates under the same production capacity conditions and saving system power consumption, allowing customers to produce high-density, high-quality dry ice at lower costs.
