All-Staff Training to Hone Skills | Hefengli's Machining Practical Training Successfully Held
To further solidify the company's manufacturing foundation and cultivate a "craftsman-type" team with solid theoretical knowledge and excellent skills, a specialized machine tool operation training program, coordinated by the company's Internal Control Department, was successfully held on the afternoon of November 25th in the Manufacturing Department II workshop. This training broke down departmental barriers, attracting enthusiastic participation from colleagues in various departments, including Manufacturing Department I, Manufacturing Department II, Quality Inspection, and After-Sales Service, resulting in a comprehensive "all-staff training" program that blended theory and practice.

Therefore, the core purpose of this cross-departmental training is to break down knowledge and skill barriers within the company, enabling colleagues at different quality control levels to understand our products from the same perspective, collectively building an unbreakable "quality chain" and "efficiency chain."

To ensure the training's effectiveness, we specially invited Zhao Pengteng, an experienced colleague from the production and manufacturing frontline, to be the main lecturer. He not only possesses over ten years of profound expertise in machine tools but also has accumulated a wealth of practical case studies and troubleshooting experience.
During the training, he shared his knowledge generously:
• In-depth theoretical explanation: From the basic structure and working principles of machine tools to the processing characteristics of different materials, and the selection and maintenance of cutting tools, a systematic overview and explanation were provided.
• Hands-on Practice: At the machine, Zhao Pengteng demonstrated step-by-step the entire process, from workpiece clamping, program calling, tool setting, to finished product measurement, emphasizing operating procedures, safety precautions, and emergency handling methods for common problems. Amidst the sparks flying, skills and experience were passed on.


From "Knowing" to "Doing": Everyone Gets Hands-on to Hone Their Skills
"What you learn from books is never enough; you must put it into practice." The most prominent highlight of this training was requiring every participating employee to operate the machine themselves. From powering on, zeroing, and clamping the workpiece to completing a simple machining operation, everyone, under the guidance of their colleagues, touched and felt the machine firsthand.
This was not only a consolidation of theoretical knowledge but also a deep training in hand-eye-brain coordination. Through hands-on practice, quality control colleagues gained a better understanding of the challenges in controlling dimensional tolerances, while after-sales colleagues directly experienced the details of equipment operation. This "immersive" experience greatly promoted mutual understanding and empathy among different positions.

Two fresh faces stood out during this training: Chen Junjie, responsible for quality inspection, and Huang Yunhui, from after-sales service.
Despite being new hires, they demonstrated exceptional enthusiasm and ownership, actively participating in the training, fully engaged, and asking questions. They were particularly adept at hands-on practice, showcasing excellent potential and a positive spirit. We hereby commend these two colleagues company-wide!
